This week feels like the moment between “I know this isn’t working anymore” and “okay… so what am I actually going to do about it?”
Four cards came out together: Eight of Cups reversed, Page of Pentacles reversed, Page of Wands + Eight of Wands. And sitting underneath all of it? Nine of Cups.
The Eight of Cups reversed is giving unfinished business. Something you’ve tried to walk away from—or know you probably should walk away from—may still have a little grip on you. Old situations, old habits, old people, old versions of yourself. Maybe you’re revisiting something because there’s genuinely more to learn there. Or maybe you keep circling back because leaving what’s familiar is uncomfortable.
And those are two very different things.
The Page of Pentacles reversed says there may also be something you’ve been talking about, thinking about, researching, planning, manifesting, putting on the vision board… but not actually DOING. 😭
The intention is there. The follow-through? Ehhhh.
But then the energy shifts.
Page of Wands + Eight of Wands.
There’s a spark here. New inspiration. Curiosity. A message, conversation, opportunity, idea, invitation, or sudden burst of momentum could get things moving surprisingly quickly this week.
And the Page of Wands doesn’t need to know exactly where everything is going before taking the first step. That may actually be part of the message: you do not need another six months of thinking about it.
Try it.
Send the email.
Start the thing.
Have the conversation.
Follow the curiosity.
Go somewhere different.
Say yes to something that actually excites you.
Because Eight of Wands energy can move FAST once you stop standing in your own doorway.
And I think that’s why the Nine of Cups is sitting at the bottom of the deck.
There’s something here about what you genuinely want—not what you should want, not what you’ve convinced yourself to settle for, and not what you keep returning to simply because it’s familiar.
