Hi, I'm Dr. Jeanette Dok, a Naturopathic Physician proudly serving patients throughout Pierce and Kitsap Counties. I believe your health deserves more than a quick fix. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I take a whole-person approach to uncover the underlying factors affecting your health and well-being. By thoughtfully integrating evidence-based natural medicine with conventional medical care, we work together to create a personalized plan that supports your unique health goals. My clinical focus includes: cardiometabolic health, endocrine, women's health concerns, and digestive wellness. I am passionate about helping patients feel heard, empowered, and supported.

Rooted in hospice-informed care, herbal wisdom, and trauma-aware practice, she creates calm and judgment-free spaces for meaningful conversations surrounding serious illness, caregiving, aging, and the transitions we all inevitably face. She also leads Juicy Green Crone workshops for women 50+ reclaiming matriarchy, voice, vitality, and pleasure in the second half of life.
