Mindy is dual certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, bringing over 30 years of nursing experience to patient care. She has been practicing as a nurse practitioner since 2015.

She specializes in both primary care and mental health, caring for patients of all ages—from infants to the geriatric population. Mindy is known for creating customized treatment plans for complex cases and providing truly empathetic, patient-centered care.

Her dedication, compassion, and expertise make her an invaluable part of our team 💛

Nicole has been in nursing since 2007 and has been practicing as a nurse practitioner for the past 7 years. She has continuing education in focused assessment, bodywork and massage therapy, weight loss management, and hormone therapy.

Nicole has also spent many years working as a mobile nurse practitioner, caring for homebound patients. She dedicates her free time to helping those in need and serving underserved populations—something that truly reflects her heart for patient care.

Her passion is evident in everything she does. Nicole is not only a dedicated provider, but also a mentor and a leader—an incredible example to our entire team.

✨ Provider & Owner Spotlight: Kailynn Clark, NP ✨

I’m Kailynn Clark, NP—an RN since 2013 and a Nurse Practitioner since 2019. I am the owner of K. Clark Family Medical, where I provide comprehensive family medical care for patients of all ages, from infants to the geriatric population.

I have additional training in hormone therapy, weight management, and functional medicine, allowing me to take a personalized, whole-body approach to patient care.

This journey of opening my own practice has been incredibly rewarding. What started as a mobile practice—caring for patients in substance abuse and behavioral health residential facilities, assisted living communities, and in home for patients who are no longer able to travel to a doctor’s office—has been both meaningful and fulfilling. This type of care holds a special place in my heart.

As we continue to grow, I’m excited to begin welcoming patients into our new office location, while still providing mobile care for those who need in-home visits.

We are so excited to share that K. Clark Family Medical is expanding!

What started as a mobile practice has grown into something even bigger, and we are officially opening our very first in-office location in Gilbert, conveniently located at Pecos & Power Road.

We will continue providing mobile care, but now we’ll also be able to welcome patients into our office starting the first week of May.

This is such a big step for our team, and we are incredibly grateful for the support from our patients and community that made this possible. We can’t wait to continue caring for you—now both at home and in the office. 💛
