Meet Madison, one of our Registered Behavior Technicians. Madison loves seeing children be their authentic selves and express joy in their own unique ways, and she's just as inspired by the team around her and the innovative ways they meet each client where they are. After three years at BK, gaining confidence in her skill set has been her biggest win, and something she's incredibly proud of. Meet Alexcia, one of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts. The children and families she supports inspire her every day, and working with a medically complex child early on showed her how important it is to keep learning and advocating for kids with diverse needs. One of her proudest wins has been watching a medically complex client gain independence in the smallest, most meaningful ways. Meet Kaitlyn, one of our Registered Behavior Technicians. For Kaitlyn, this work is personal, her older sister Samantha was diagnosed with autism when she was young, and she knew from kindergarten that this was her calling. Her biggest wins come from watching clients learn to communicate, cope, and advocate, becoming a whole new version of themselves. Outside the clinic, she's spending quality time with family, tackling schoolwork, and getting creative with crafty projects. We're so lucky to have her. Give Kaitlyn some love in the comments!
