A couple of months ago, I shared that I was taking time to reset and create stability before continuing forward in a new direction.
And I’ve honored that. It took a lot of focus, energy and intention to build that stability and create balance... and now I’m at a place where I can start bringing back the things that feel good again!
That includes my wellness hikes.

These hikes are about more than just getting outside...
They are about taking a moment to slow down and enjoy the simple things that we don’t always make time for... but mean so much for our wellness. A chance to breathe in nature and connect with ourselves and others in our community. A chance to ground, meet people, feel supported and enjoy!
Wellness isn’t just what you eat...its how you live, who you spend time with, what you allow and how you show up for yourself.
