I didn't just study perimenopausal ADHD—I lived it. What happens when lifelong ADHD collides with perimenopause? For many women, it feels like everything suddenly stops working.

After 20 years in healthcare, I found myself struggling with the same brain fog and overwhelm as my patients — while being told it was “just part of aging.”

I’ve spent over 20 years in healthcare as a Nurse Practitioner, but nothing quite prepared me for the moment my own brain felt like it just... quit.
