I’ve lost people I love far too early. And if I’m honest, that kind of loss changes you. It wakes you up in a way nothing else can.

Watching strong, beautiful souls leave this earth before their time forced me to reflect on my own life. On my health. On the choices I make daily. On what I’m putting into my body… and what I’m allowing to sit in my spirit.

Grief can either break you or build you. For me, it became a turning point.

Their passing pushed me to take my health seriously. To eat better. To detox my body. To protect my peace. To stop postponing the life I say I want. I realized that wellness is not just about looking good — it’s about staying here. Staying present. Staying strong for the people who still need me.

Herban Goddess PMA was birthed from that awareness. From the understanding that prevention is power. That education is freedom. That community healing matters.

I honor my loved ones by choosing life every day. By choosing discipline. By choosing elevation. By choosing to care for this body as sacred.
