I hope the energy of connection in this picture can be felt, because I’m still buzzing from it. ✨

There is something so powerful about bringing women together and creating a space where we can step beyond networking and into genuine connection.

I feel incredibly grateful to be the facilitator of these moments. To create the container, open the conversation, and then watch women begin to share more authentically, listen more deeply, and truly see one another.

My hope is always that each woman walks away feeling like she showed up fully as herself, was genuinely seen and heard, and left with a new awareness of herself and the women around her.

Today, that energy was undeniable.

Fifteen incredible women. Fifteen unique stories. One room full of connection, vulnerability, curiosity, and possibility.

And I’m feeling so grateful to have been in the middle of it. 🤍

This is the kind of connection I want to create more of.

Small Business reminder: Your business doesn’t have to be built in isolation.

Sometimes the most valuable thing we can do for our business is step away from the to-do list, sit down with other women, and have a real conversation.

That’s what I love about Coffee & Authenticity.

No elevator pitches. No pressure to “network.” Just coffee, conversation, and space to show up as yourself while connecting with other women who are building something meaningful.

🌟 A Big Announcement from Kai Cox 🌟

For over 15 years, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside so many of you as a holistic guide, and sharing Bio-Touch Healing has been one of the greatest joys of that journey. I’m not going anywhere from the Bio-Touch community. I continue to support and be part of the Foundation, and I’m thrilled that there’s now a self-paced online training for anyone who wants to learn this simple, hands-on technique on their own schedule, with a personal instructor guiding them the whole way.

That said, this page is about to look a little different. I’m stepping more fully into my role as a speaker, and I’ll use this space to share tips to live intentionally connect and community and show up as your authentic self.

It’s a big shift, and I hope you’ll stay tuned for what’s ahead.

A couple of things that haven’t changed:
🔹 If you’d like to host a Bio-Touch healing class in the Great Lakes area, I would still love to hear from you.
