Where are you boldly going that you haven’t been before?

09/22/2026

Today is the Autumn Equinox, and I’m feeling especially excited about what this season is inviting us into.

A little more slowing down.
A little more listening.
A little more space to come back to ourselves.

09/15/2026

What if quieting the noise doesn’t mean making everything around you quiet?

Because let’s be honest… life doesn’t always cooperate with our desire for peace. 😂

The dogs are walking around.
Someone needs something.
There are dishes in the sink.
Your phone is buzzing.
Your mind is thinking about the 47 things you still need to do.

And yet…

You can still come back to yourself.

Take two minutes with me today.

Take a deep breath.
Listen to the sounds around you.
Notice what you hear without needing to change it.

You don’t have to escape the noise to create space for yourself.

Sometimes, you simply have to stop fighting it.

And be here.

Right now.

What did you notice when you gave yourself those two minutes?

I hope the energy of connection in this picture can be felt, because I’m still buzzing from it. ✨

There is something so powerful about bringing women together and creating a space where we can step beyond networking and into genuine connection.

I feel incredibly grateful to be the facilitator of these moments. To create the container, open the conversation, and then watch women begin to share more authentically, listen more deeply, and truly see one another.

My hope is always that each woman walks away feeling like she showed up fully as herself, was genuinely seen and heard, and left with a new awareness of herself and the women around her.

Today, that energy was undeniable.

Fifteen incredible women. Fifteen unique stories. One room full of connection, vulnerability, curiosity, and possibility.

And I’m feeling so grateful to have been in the middle of it. 🤍

This is the kind of connection I want to create more of.

Small Business reminder: Your business doesn’t have to be built in isolation.

Sometimes the most valuable thing we can do for our business is step away from the to-do list, sit down with other women, and have a real conversation.

That’s what I love about Coffee & Authenticity.

No elevator pitches. No pressure to “network.” Just coffee, conversation, and space to show up as yourself while connecting with other women who are building something meaningful.

☕️ Thursday, September 3rd
9:15am at The Wild Roaster in Deerfield

Come exactly as you are.

Because connection isn’t a distraction from building your business.

Connection is part of building it.

And honestly, this is a big part of the work I’m creating more space for through Autumn Alignment too: stepping away from the noise, reconnecting with yourself, and intentionally preparing for what’s next.

What would change in your business if you stopped trying to build it alone?

🌟 A Big Announcement from Kai Cox 🌟

For over 15 years, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside so many of you as a holistic guide, and sharing Bio-Touch Healing has been one of the greatest joys of that journey. I’m not going anywhere from the Bio-Touch community. I continue to support and be part of the Foundation, and I’m thrilled that there’s now a self-paced online training for anyone who wants to learn this simple, hands-on technique on their own schedule, with a personal instructor guiding them the whole way.

That said, this page is about to look a little different. I’m stepping more fully into my role as a speaker, and I’ll use this space to share tips to live intentionally connect and community and show up as your authentic self.

It’s a big shift, and I hope you’ll stay tuned for what’s ahead.

A couple of things that haven’t changed:
🔹 If you’d like to host a Bio-Touch healing class in the Great Lakes area, I would still love to hear from you.
🔹 If you know of an event looking for a speaker, I’d be so grateful for the opportunity; please feel free to reach out.

Thank you for being part of this journey with me. Here’s to what’s next.
