CRYSTAL CLEANSING CEREMONY TWO-PART SERIES
August 28th 6:30-8:00
September 26th 6:00-8:30

We’ll gather during the full moon to work with the practice of cleansing and recharging crystals through the earth with the lunar cycle.

Each person will receive a piece of green aventurine to work with and bury in the earth, where it will remain for one complete moon cycle. A time to release, clear and recharge. You are welcome to bring additional crystals of your own.

We’ll gather again during September’s Harvest Moon to uncover our crystals and complete the cycle.

Journals will be provided, with time for reflection and intention, and we’ll end each gathering with a sound integration.

Sound Immersion✦Sunday August 23rd @ 1pm

We are entering the time of year when things begin to shift subtly. The days are getting shorter, and the growing season is moving toward harvest. Historically, harvest season was a time when people came together in community.

This Sunday, we invite you to gather with us. To gather our attention back from where it may have been scattered throughout the summer months, and our awareness back into the body. Taking a moment to sense what this season has grown in us.

✦POP-UP TOMORROW✦Movement Into Stillness✦

We’re doing something a little different tomorrow.

One hour of gentle yoga, sound, and individual hands-on work.

We’ll begin with gentle movement to open, stretch, breathe, and create a little more space in your body. From there, we’ll settle into a comfortable position for an extended rest within the sound.

During this time, you’ll be offered individual hands-on work, if desired.

No yoga experience necessary. Mats are available, or you’re welcome to bring your own.
