Not everything is meant to be seen, by everyone.

Obedience is quickly becoming a rare trait it seems, this day in time.
And let me just tell you, GOD does HIS best work behind the scenes, and most importantly HIS best work is done in private.

So when you take both of those into consideration, a life of obedience to the LORD, and a private life is a beyond powerful mixture !
Now through all that, GOD will spew out and pour out of you exactly what needs to be seen, to be used to further HIS message, and glorify nothing and nobody at all, BUT HIM.

We live in a world of people seeking validation, self glorification, and feeling as thought we need everyone else to know what we have done, what we are doing, how we are doing it, when we are doing it, where we are doing it all at, and exactly who we’ve done it all with.

Helping someone in need and keeping it out of eyes to see, and loving someone is in private, not ever exposing all, is a beautiful thing.

Forcing doors open on our own free will is definitely something that’s possible.
But ya see, it leaves so many of GOD’s most beautiful blessings laying on the table, and we miss way more than we’d ever possibly gain.

Consider it all, and be blessed in JESUS name❤️

“Jesus insisted that his disciples get back into the boat and cross to the other side of the lake, while he sent the people home,” (Matt. 14:22).

Did you catch that? Jesus insisted.

He called them out from the safety of solid land knowing full well he was sending them straight into a monster-sized storm.

This was my first time reading through this story that it fully dawned on me: Jesus called them into a storm ON PURPOSE.

And I wonder how often we, too, forget this in our own stormy seasons of life?

We flail and falter and straight up forget how God has called us when we’re confronted with the howling wind and harsh waves of an exceedingly hard season.

But notice what scripture tells us here: Jesus Himself had called them out into the sea. And not just called them… He’d insisted.

And friend, I just want to remind you of this today if you’re walking through your own hard seasons: the storms of life don’t mean God has forgotten you. They don’t mean you’ve taken a wrong turn or heard it all wrong somewhere along the way.

No, they actually mean God has something PLANNED for you.

And maybe… in fact? They’re exactly the place God is going to reveal who He is.

Only a few verses later we read that, “About three in the morning Jesus came toward them, walking on the water,” (Matt. 14:25).

And the disciples declare in stunned amazement, “You really are the Son of God!” (Matt. 14:32).

Friend, the stormy seasons of life aren’t where God has failed you or forgotten you—they’re exactly where God is going to reveal to you WHO HE IS.

Powerful story! Suffering can either bring us closer to God by deepening our relationship with him as we turn to the Lord for comfort and peace or drive us away if we allow the enemy’s lies to seep in and distort our perception of the truth that God loves us and is with us in our pain. The decision is ours. We can reject the lies and believe God’s Word choose to believe in His goodness despite the hardships, disappointments and evils of this world? Or believe the deception that God is not good, a lie that Satan has played since the very beginning? When we, like Scott Pelley, make the decision to accept the life we have been given, facing each day and each challenge with a grateful heart, thankful for God’s grace, goodness, mercy, and His divine plan that goes far beyond our human understanding? Or will we reject God’s plan, live in pride, rebellion, hatred, resentment, and anger towards Him? Today, let us decide… I choose God! I choose love! I choose to trust in what I cannot see or comprehend! After the fall, suffering became a part of life while we are here on this earth. We all have something in our lives that is causing pain and suffering, whether it is physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. Many may hide behind perfect images they present. But then there are also many that stand on what they know, GOD IS GOOD EVEN WHEN THIS WORLD IS NOT! What will you stand on??? Let it be the Rock Solid Foundation of The LORD God Almighty, His Son Jesus Christ and power and comfort of the The Holy Spirit, our Helper!!!!!!

The 54-year-old Nebraska native told Scott Pelley it was his December diagnosis with five different kinds of cancer — chiefly, a late-stage battle with pancreatic cancer — that illuminated his life’s most important work in an undeniably palpable way. That, he said, has been a “touch of grace.”

Suffering is a mentality. Freedom is a choice. God has made available to us, through His Son, Jesus Christ, His strength, wisdom, authority & power to overcome; to do the impossible, and to be more than the sum of what this world says we are! When we decide to believe His Word & live by it, looking to and trusting in Him, we can walk in the destiny He has for us. Our lives have purpose no matter how limited we may feel. It is up to you and to me, to step into all that He has for us; to be all that we were meant to be and accomplish more than we ever thought possible! That means leading our families in truth, faith & obedience to God, raising our children to know the Lord and trust in Him, stepping out of our comfort zone to reach the lost, minister to the hurting & bring hope to those who need it. We were made for greatness and given the ability to be overcomers in the One who died to set us free! Do not settle for a life that is mundane, mediocre, and filled with hopelessness, or allow circumstances to dictate your life and the enemy to have his way. Be bold! Be brave! Walk in the freedom God has for us, all of us; allowing peace and joy to rule in your heart & mind. And refuse to believe that disability or illness is in the drivers seat or accept a life filled with suffering and chaos. There is more, so much more, in a life filled with Jesus!!! There is healing for our souls, and that brings healing to our bodies! Even if we aren’t delivered from our circumstances on this side of heaven, we can still live a fulfilling life when we accept all that the LORD GOD has for us and receive His love, grace, mercy and forgiveness!!! Life in this world is hard! Although, what is harder, is giving in to the temptation to settle; believing we have no worth, value or purpose because of our pain. Pain in some form enters into all our lives. What we do with it is up to us. Let your pain be your gain! Learn, grow and lead others out of their own wilderness experience into the promised land! Amen!?! Be blessed today. And know that God has you!!!

Lord, I come to You with a heart full of gladness. In the hustle of life, don't forget to just be still under His grace. He’s always speaking if we’re listening.

"Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him." : Psalm 37:7

Forgiveness doesn't change that past but it frees you from holding onto the pain that keeps you stuck.
