A little life update that I’m incredibly excited about… 🧘🏽♀️
This summer, I’ll be spending my weekends immersed in Yoga Teacher Training with completing their 200-hour program, The 33.
What drew me to this training wasn’t just learning how to teach yoga, it was the deeper philosophy behind it.
The program is inspired by the 33 vertebrae of the spine and the idea that our spine is more than just a physical structure. It is our central axis, our foundation, and a symbol of personal growth, resilience, and transformation.
As someone who has spent time exploring sound healing, mindfulness, and the connection between mind, body, and spirit, I felt an immediate pull toward this work. The more I learn, the more I realize how beautifully these practices complement one another.
Sound baths invite us to slow down, receive, and tune inward. Yoga creates awareness through movement, breath, and presence. Together, they offer such a powerful opportunity to connect with ourselves in a deeper way.
I’m especially excited to learn more about the spine, how movement supports its expansion and health, and how each posture can become a tool for greater awareness, strength, and self-discovery.
One of the biggest lessons this journey has taught me is that growth happens when we remain students. Every experience, every teacher, and every practice offers another opportunity to expand.
I’m also excited about what this means for the future of my offerings. My hope is to thoughtfully weave yoga and sound healing together, creating experiences that support both movement and stillness, effort and surrender, grounding and expansion.
While my weekends will be dedicated to training this summer, weekday sound bath sessions will still be available.
Thank you for being here and supporting this journey. I can’t wait to share what I learn along the way and eventually bring these practices together for our community.
Here’s to growth, curiosity, and continuing to evolve. 🪽✨
