Samadhi isn’t reserved for mountaintops or meditation cushions.

It quietly meets us in the ordinary moments we’ve finally slowed down enough to notice.

Week 2 | Yoga Teacher Training Buddha Bella Healing Center 🧘🏽‍♀️🕉️📿

This weekend we explored:

🪽Bandhas — the energetic locks that help create stability, support, and direct the flow of prana (life force energy)

🤲 Mudras — intentional hand gestures used to influence energy, focus, and consciousness

👁️ Drishti — the focused gaze that helps cultivate concentration, presence, and awareness

The deeper I go into this practice, the more I realize yoga isn’t about mastering poses. It’s about learning to direct your attention, your breath, your energy, and ultimately yourself.

We also had the privilege of visiting the Self-Realization Fellowship Temple in Phoenix. For me, it was one of the most meaningful parts of the weekend.

As someone who grew up with a Catholic/Christian background, I wasn’t sure what to expect. What I found was a beautiful, welcoming, and inclusive space centered on peace, meditation, self-realization, and love.

More than anything, it helped me better understand the beauty of coexistence, the idea that we can honor different paths, traditions, and beliefs while still recognizing our shared humanity and desire for connection, purpose, and spiritual growth. 🫶🏽

This week, we were invited into the practice of sadhana—daily devotion—and journaling. Not as a task to complete, but as an opportunity to listen. To witness. To create space for the lessons that can only be heard in stillness. This is my digital journal or “diary”

33 years old. The 33 Yoga Teacher Training.

Some things just feel divinely timed.🪐💫

I’ve officially completed Week 1 of YTT, and already this journey is asking me to slow down, listen more deeply, and become a student of myself.

Over the next few months, I’ll be documenting my experience.

If you’ve ever felt curious about this path or wondered what Yoga Teacher Training is really like, come along for the journey.

Something tells me this season is going to be transformative. 🧘🏽‍♀️🕉️🪽🦋

The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year—a celebration of light, abundance, growth, and the fullness of a season.

Lately, I’ve found myself reflecting deeply on that theme.

This season of life has felt like one of expansion and transition. Through Yoga Teacher Training, sound healing, and creating space to reconnect with myself, I’ve been learning what it means to step more fully into my purpose and trust the path unfolding before me.

Not because I have everything figured out, but because I’m becoming more willing to answer the call.

The call to grow.
The call to serve.
The call to shine a little brighter.

The Summer Solstice invites us to pause and ask:

✨ What am I ready to celebrate?

✨ What seeds have I planted that are beginning to bloom?

✨ Where am I being called to shine more brightly?

✨ What no longer serves me as I move into the second half of the year?

For me, this season has been less about doing and more about aligning. Less about forcing and more about trusting. Less about chasing and more about becoming.

That’s why this upcoming Slow Flow + Sound Bath feels so meaningful.

Together we’ll move, breathe, reflect, and create space to honor both the fullness of where we are and the possibilities of what’s to come.

And somehow, we’re down to our final spot. 🤍

If you’ve been feeling the nudge to join us, I’d love to share this evening with you. Send me a DM and I’ll send you the registration details before the last space is claimed.

I think one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves is permission to remain enchanted by life.

To create beauty simply because it brings us joy.

To wear the dress.
To play with the colors.
To follow the creative idea.
To be a little whimsical.

Somewhere along the way, we’re taught that growing up means becoming more practical, more serious, more sensible.

But I think there’s something sacred about staying connected to wonder.

About letting yourself be seen exactly as you are.

These photos feel like a reminder of that.

Sometimes it’s enough to create something beautiful and enjoy the experience of being fully present in it.

✨Stay whimsical 🪽🦋🌼🪐🔮

A little life update that I’m incredibly excited about… 🧘🏽‍♀️

This summer, I’ll be spending my weekends immersed in Yoga Teacher Training with completing their 200-hour program, The 33.

What drew me to this training wasn’t just learning how to teach yoga, it was the deeper philosophy behind it.

The program is inspired by the 33 vertebrae of the spine and the idea that our spine is more than just a physical structure. It is our central axis, our foundation, and a symbol of personal growth, resilience, and transformation.

As someone who has spent time exploring sound healing, mindfulness, and the connection between mind, body, and spirit, I felt an immediate pull toward this work. The more I learn, the more I realize how beautifully these practices complement one another.

Sound baths invite us to slow down, receive, and tune inward. Yoga creates awareness through movement, breath, and presence. Together, they offer such a powerful opportunity to connect with ourselves in a deeper way.

I’m especially excited to learn more about the spine, how movement supports its expansion and health, and how each posture can become a tool for greater awareness, strength, and self-discovery.

One of the biggest lessons this journey has taught me is that growth happens when we remain students. Every experience, every teacher, and every practice offers another opportunity to expand.

I’m also excited about what this means for the future of my offerings. My hope is to thoughtfully weave yoga and sound healing together, creating experiences that support both movement and stillness, effort and surrender, grounding and expansion.

While my weekends will be dedicated to training this summer, weekday sound bath sessions will still be available.

Thank you for being here and supporting this journey. I can’t wait to share what I learn along the way and eventually bring these practices together for our community.

Here’s to growth, curiosity, and continuing to evolve. 🪽✨

A little glimpse into Seattle ✨

When I first started offering sound journeys, I hit the ground running.

What began as a small idea quickly turned into something so much bigger than I ever expected. The support, the sessions, the connections, the stories…it all unfolded in such a beautiful way.

But if I’m being honest, I also found myself tired.

Not because I didn’t love it, but because when you’re building something you’re passionate about, it’s easy to believe you always need to be doing more. More planning. More creating. More posting. More growing.

When this trip to Seattle came up, I was nervous to step away. Nervous that slowing down would somehow mean falling behind.

Instead, it reminded me of something I needed to hear:

The work will still be there when you return.

A sound journey is a container. A space built with intention. It doesn’t require constant hustle to exist. It simply asks us to show up with presence when we’re called to.

The same is true for so many things in life.

The relationships we nurture.
The businesses we build.
The dreams we’re growing into.

Sometimes the most productive thing we can do is step away long enough to refill our own cup.

So here’s to a few days of exploring, supporting my husband while he works, collecting memories, and allowing myself to simply enjoy the moment.

The bowls will be waiting when I get home. 🤍

This weekend, I had the honor of holding space for three completely different private sound healing sessions.

Three different stories.
Three different hearts.
Three different reasons for seeking peace, release, clarity, grounding, healing.

And every single time, I leave feeling just as transformed and grateful as the people who come to receive.

It’s such a sacred thing to be trusted in someone’s vulnerable moments. To witness people soften, breathe deeper, let go, reconnect with themselves, and simply allow themselves to rest for a moment.

Sound has a way of meeting people exactly where they are, no matter what season of life they’re walking through. And I’m just incredibly thankful to be chosen as a vessel to bring that experience to others. ☁️🫧🍃
