𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤, 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐎𝐛𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

I’m still a bit tender from jet lag after my recent trip to Okinawa. My body clock had me awake at 3:00 a.m., and instead of fighting it, I listened...
In that quiet early‑morning space, I found myself watching a Next Level Soul podcast with Alex Ferrari, where the guest was Sheila Gillette, channeling THEO.

As she was channeling, something in the message landed deeply for me. Not in a dramatic way - but in that familiar “yes… this is important” way. THEO spoke about inner work, learning, relationships, and the difference between observation and judgment.

I felt inspired to sit with it longer and share it here, because what was being expressed aligns so beautifully with the work I do through QHHT.

Some messages arrive not to teach us something new, but to help us remember.

💛𝑆𝑡𝑎𝑦𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑜𝑝𝑒𝑛 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑒𝑚𝑏𝑟𝑎𝑐𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑜𝑝𝑝𝑜𝑟𝑡𝑢𝑛𝑖𝑡𝑦 𝑜𝑓 𝑙𝑒𝑎𝑟𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔.

These are not just spiritual concepts - they are living practices.

As a QHHT practitioner, I see again and again that healing and clarity do not come from outside of us. They come from our willingness to look inward, to take responsibility for our growth, and to recognize where we may have unknowingly handed our power away - to beliefs, authority figures, old identities, or even to past experiences that no longer define us.

QHHT gently guides people back to their own inner authority. Not by telling them what to believe, but by helping them access the part of themselves that already knows.

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙀𝙫𝙤𝙡𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙂𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙩𝙝

One statement that really stood out to me was this idea:

The journey of awareness is not about reaching a finish line. It’s an evolutionary process. There will always be more to learn, more to experience, and more to integrate.

That is why we came to Earth - not to master life once and be done, but to experience it, to expand through it, and to continually meet ourselves at deeper levels.

In QHHT sessions, this theme comes up often. The Higher Self consistently reminds us that curiosity keeps us open, while certainty can quietly close the door to further expansion.

Relationships reflect us back to ourselves. They show us where we are still healing, where we are still protecting, and where we are being invited to grow.

💛When we judge, we tighten.
💛When we observe, we soften.

Observation allows us to witness experiences - memories, emotions, patterns - without assigning blame, shame, or meaning too quickly. This neutrality is where profound healing can occur.

This is especially true in hypnosis. When we observe without judgment, the subconscious feels safe to reveal what is ready to be seen, understood, and released.

This is the heart of the work.
This is the remembering.
And this is the invitation - to remain open, curious, and compassionate with ourselves as we continue this evolutionary journey.

Many people expect hypnosis to feel like being unconscious, asleep, or “gone.” When they find themselves aware, able to speak, think, or reflect during the session, they assume something didn’t work — or that they must have been imagining or making things up.

In reality, awareness during hypnosis is not only normal — it’s common, especially today.

When Dolores Cannon was working decades ago, people often approached hypnosis with very different expectations. There was less information, less mental rehearsal, and generally less emphasis on staying cognitively present. Many clients naturally let go into the experience in a way that felt more distant or dreamlike.

Today, people are often more self-aware, more reflective, and more mentally present. This doesn’t prevent hypnosis — it simply changes how it is experienced.

𝐇𝐲𝐩𝐧𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬.

You can be aware and still be deeply in hypnosis.

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐢𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 “𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐭 𝐮𝐩”

The subconscious does not communicate in the same way the conscious mind expects. It often uses:

🔹imagery
🔹impressions
🔹emotions
🔹subtle knowing
🔹symbolic scenes

Because these arise within your own inner experience, the conscious mind may label them as imagination.

But 𝐈𝐌𝐀𝐆𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐢𝐬 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐦𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐲𝐩𝐧𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐬 — it is often the language through which the subconscious (aka Higher Self/Your Intuition) communicates.

Trying to “not imagine” can actually interfere with the process.

🌿 A Space for Understanding QHHT Experiences 🌿

Over the years, I’ve seen and heard that QHHT experiences can vary widely. Some people describe sessions as deeply meaningful, while others feel confused, disappointed, or unsure how to make sense of what they experienced afterward.

I’m creating this space to support understanding and reflection, not judgment—of the process, of individual experiences, or of personal expectations.

This space on my page is one where you are welcome to:

• Share questions or reflections about your QHHT experience
• Explore why sessions can unfold differently for different people
• Gain perspective that may help with integration or clarity over time

This is not a space for:

• Proving or defending QHHT
• Telling anyone they “did it wrong”
• Comparing practitioners or critiquing individual sessions
• Offering diagnoses, guarantees, or promised outcomes

My role here is to offer perspective based on training and experience, not to reinterpret or correct anyone’s personal experience. Every experience is valid, and understanding often unfolds gradually—sometimes well after the session itself.

If something shared here resonates with you, you’re welcome to take it with you. If it doesn’t, that’s perfectly okay too.

Hi everyone — I’m Rafaela 😊
Many of you who visit my page don’t actually know me in person yet. Maybe we’ve never met, or maybe you only know a tiny piece of me — so let’s change that.

Here’s a little about the not-so-obvious me:

Some people think my favorite thing is cleaning the house. Nope 😄
I just feel really comfortable when my home is clean. Unfortunately, there’s still no affordable robot that cleans exactly the way I want it to — so here we are.

Some people think I love to cook. Also not true 🍳
Cooking is more of a survival skill for me. I like knowing what’s in my food, and honestly, cooking from scratch gives me a much better bang for the dollar than eating out (especially when crab is involved 🦀).

And because I lived most of my life in Germany, people often assume I love beer and coffee. Wrong again 🍺☕
My American hubby learned to enjoy German beer — not me. And I don’t like coffee or tea at all.

Now I’m curious — what’s one thing people usually get wrong about you?
