The Grand Forks AFB Health Promotion Office is the installation's one-stop shop for nutrition, physical activity, sleep health, and tobacco-free living. Health Promotion provides health and wellness support to improve the health, mission readiness and quality of life of our military community - Airmen, Civilians, and Dependents. Health Promotion provides education, outreach and activities to help our military community eat, sleep, and feel better, play harder, and work stronger.
