Here is what you need to know about this exclusive summer hybrid:
30 Minutes of Functional Strength: We start with purposeful, heavy lifting to build raw power, spark metabolism, and torch lean muscle. Pure strength work.
30 Minutes of Classical Pilates Mat: We transition seamlessly into the traditional, precise Pilates flow. This is where we focus on deep core control, spinal alignment, and total-body decompression.
Walk in to build your power, walk out with effortless poise.
