105 lbs GONE since December — I’m 60, Dave is 62, and our specialist gave us the ultimate ultimatum: "Stop being medical dependents, or start looking for a live-in nurse."
Today is February 20th, and I’m writing this for anyone who feels like they’re losing their freedom. Last November was our rock bottom. We were the "sick" grandparents who couldn't even get off the sofa to play with the kids. Dave was nearly 21 stone of "toxic sludge," and I was struggling with "bone-on-bone" knee pain that made every step a nightmare.
We were being told it was "just the age," but it felt like our bodies were turning into a swamp—stagnant, heavy, and failing. We were terrified of losing our independence and being forced into a facility. We tried the "low-carb" fads and the senior exercise videos, but the "metabolic switch" was stuck.
Everything changed when my niece, a New York Cardiologist, explained the truth: “It’s a drainage problem, Auntie. After 55, your body loses the ability to move visceral fat out of the deep tissue. It stays there and rots, causing inflammation.” She sent us the "Metabolic Unblocking" protocol in early December.
First 20 Days: The constant, grinding joint pain disappeared. I stopped waking up with hands so stiff I couldn't hold a coffee mug.
Month 2: People at church literally didn't recognize us. We’d dropped 60 lbs combined.
Today: We are 105 lbs lighter together. Yesterday, Dave and I actually ran in the backyard with the grandkids. We aren't "medical liabilities" anymore.
I’ve left the link to the original article in the comments. Please, read it while you still have your mobility.
