I’m not sure how we ended up with such a beautiful day but we were able to practice out in the sun by the water with these amazing women and one adorable little man♥️ The mamas I meet through Prenatal yoga remain in my heart for ever and will always be part of my family!
I am forever grateful for the bonds created!

I love these images from .blossoms ♥️ As I jump back into building a prenatal and postpartum mama community these images remind me of how life changing this community was and is!
These mamas and babies met in yoga♥️ they are supporting each other still!! And though we are a small group right now I have witnessed how quickly it grows!
Join us this Monday at 7:30pm for prenatal yoga or starting in May Wednesday nights at 6pm. Or Friday mornings at 11:45 for baby and me yoga (all care providers welcome) all
