Join us for in-person infant feeding support every Wednesday at 10:00 at The Nest Family Resource

Whether you’re breastfeeding, bottle feeding, combo feeding, pumping, or just trying to figure out what works best for you and your baby- you’re welcome here. This is a relaxed, judgment-free space to ask questions, get guidance, and connect with other parents who are in the thick of it too.

We can support with things like latch and positioning, milk supply, pumping basics, bottle transitions, starting solids, and navigating common challenges in those early months. Or you can simply come to be in community and feel a little less alone in your feeding journey.

We’re also still offering weekly virtual support circles for parents with new babies every Monday at 1pm—perfect if getting out of the house feels like a lot that day.

Join us anytime 🤍

Our trusted postpartum preparation and feeding classes are add ons in our perinatal class menu:

So much focus goes into preparing for birth…but what about the weeks after your baby arrives? 🤍

Postpartum is a major transition. And how you prepare for it can shape your recovery, your confidence, and your overall experience.

Here’s why it matters:

✨Your healing deserves attention
Your body has done something incredible. Now you need time, rest, and support.

✨Feeding takes practice
Whether breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or both, having guidance ahead of time can make those early days feel less overwhelming.

✨Newborn care can be a whole new world for some parents.
Understanding what’s normal (and what’s not) helps you feel more calm and capable.

✨Support is everything
Planning who will help, how, and when can make a huge difference

✨Your mental + emotional health matters too
Postpartum is more than physical recovery, being prepared can help you navigate the emotional shifts with more confidence.

Because welcoming your baby is just the beginning… you deserve to feel supported every step of the way. Join our seasoned team for these essential preparation classes both online and in person
