It’s Fri-Yay!!

You know I started off this day in the right way! Doing something so very important, my workout, my therapy session. Taking control of my day from the start! 💪

It was core day today! For me core work isn’t an afterthought. It’s not something that I incorporate into a workout. It is the workout! Trained like any other muscle group, with its own day and exercises done with intention.

If you’re lifting, tracking your macros, and weight training consistently but still not seeing the strength, stability, or body changes you want—your core might be the missing piece. It’s about building strength through controlled, intentional work.
