NEW TOY ALERT!!! I highly recommend this toy for kiddos that need practice with: color recognition, hand eye coordination, pacing, counting, grasping, the list goes on! It’s also peaceful for adults to do while watching a show🫣😅

An important key to remember: CARRY OVER
OT’s can only do so much during their time with your kid. It is the consistency and routine that you “carry over” while they are not there that matters!

ACTIVITY OF THE DAY: lacing cards

I love giving lacing cards to kiddos that have difficulty with bilateral coordination, motor control, FM, visual tracking and hand eye coordination!

I even sometimes work on this with kiddos that are learning to tie their shoe to help them with that bilateral coordination needed (but making it cutesy and fun!)
