🌊🍁🌊Tending Your Wild Waters Design In Fall

Just like the wild waters in nature, your own water body arrives to Fall “seasoned by Summer”.

Each season has its qualities - Summer is mobile (active), hot and dry for example. Fall is packing in more mobility, but cool days and nights and those signature rainy and gloomy days. And when it’s not rainy, it’s extra dry.

Not only is the start of a new season a transition, Fall itself is a transitional season.

That’s a lot of wind energy… excess mobility. This brings wild emotions, chaos, a fresh load of stress, and anything but groundedness. Now is the perfect time to take inventory of where you are depleted, out of rhythm, and “weathered” because Fall will always give your immunity a run for its money!

So, let’s bring that groundedness, warmth, and calm fluidity through our food, our movement choices, our self care rituals, and our quality of rest.

Learning about the seasons and what’s best for our unique bodies is a great introduction to Ayurveda - the complete holistic healthcare system that focuses on prevention of disease and the sustaining of health.

I have a FREE online LIVE (and recorded) 45-minute Ayurvedic Lifestyle For Fall mini- seminar Wednesday, September 23rd. Drop a 🍁 in the comments if you don’t want to miss this!

If you are curious about Ayurveda and how I coach, this is a great opportunity to get a taste!

🌊💙🌊 In case you were wondering what an experience “feels” like with me… and how it inspires you to BE. 💧🤭🧜🏼‍♀️🌊

This capture from my “With Love, From Water” retreat in 2024 captures it authentically.

Fully clothed, unplanned water ‘immersion’ before breakfast in the heart of fall in the heart of the Great Lakes with tribe.

💙This is what is meant to exist and be lived out in this one wild life that is yours amongst the mundane and mountain hikes your soul treads upon.

Make time to do something that is crazy fun, too.🤗

What is that one, wildly enlivening thing you are ready to do this year yet? There is still time!🤗

Yes, there are still spots left at Wild Women’s Rest Club! 🔥

September is flying by, but I’m here to remind you that you could spend one more evening on the beach with us at camp — moving beside the water, warming up in a wood-fired sauna, taking a cold plunge, settling in for a twilight sound bath, gathering around the fire, and simply having some time to be outside with other women.

Come with a friend or come on your own.

Saturday, October 17 at Camp Wabansi in Southern Door County

We’d love for you to join us. 🌲🔥

💧Your Wild Waters Design

We are the microcosm of the macrocosm, meaning - we are Nature and Nature is us.

🌊Let me start to take you on the journey to remember how to see yourself as such. Through the lens of (Midwest) Wild Waters, of course!

This is why I love Ayurveda. It has always given you the framework - not a fixed protocol - as to how to best tend your unique blueprint (constitution). It’s the SCIENCE of living (literal translation of the word ‘Ayurveda’).

Above, is actually depicting the doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha). Doshas are in everything in this world. I am taking you out of the box and into real life. The more you can diffuse the separation of you and the world around you, the better you can understand you and the world around you … and how to best take care of yourself.

Drop in the comments your wild waters body you resonate most with!! I know I am mostly Rivers with a high second of Great Lakes and a dash of Wetland. 😍😊🌊

💧💙💧 Yesterday was a NEW level!!

I had the opportunity to bring almost 50 people to Water and to their Blue Mind state!!🤩

We started the day at a ‘secret’ beach on the shoreline of Lake Michigan for the community offering, “Wild Waters Revival”. Each individual tuned into Water and sent their own authentic healing talents/gifts into her waves. The creativity that flowed was truly inspiring to see!! 🥹

Then, to the other side of the peninsula, on the cozy shoreline of YMCA Camp Wabansi (the same beach that is our wild Women’s Rest Club oasis in October) to lead a sunset Blue Mind Meditation + Sound Bath for the Camp WabanZen retreatants.

🌊🙌🌊 BLISS!!!! Both of these events were a bridge between our own water bodies and the waters we love and depend on for so much. The weather was perfect. Both bodies of water had their own rhythm and gifts. One group has been with me for a while, deepening their relationship with water and the other group tapped into a fresh way to cultivate that internal peace and feel connected through Blue Mind therapies and 528hz Miracle Tone.

💧Ritual
💧Restoration
💧Remembrance

Return to Nature. Restore Coherence.

It was a full day of healing our waters - both within and throughout. Thank you, community!!

I LOVE what I do. 💙 Be the Ripple.
