We ordered something fun for the sauna… and it made it all the way from Ukraine to Wisconsin. 🇺🇦🌲

Meet our new handmade oak sauna shower: AKA the easiest way to get that hot/cold contrast without fully committing to the plunge. Pull the rope, get absolutely drenched, hop back in the sauna. 😂

Once we get this beauty installed, it’ll be coming along with Forest Bay Sauna to rentals + events around Northeast Wisconsin.

This weekend’s view. 🤍

A cozy cottage on the bay, friends and family gathered together, wood-fired sauna sessions, swims in the lake, and pelicans gliding past the round window.

It’s hard to imagine a better way to celebrate a Wisconsin summer.

We’ve been traveling all week and returned yesterday to all the smoke.

Driving past Lambeau on our way home, I couldn’t believe how much the haze had changed the skyline.

My heart is with everyone directly affected by these fires—the families who have evacuated, the firefighters, and the wildlife whose homes have been lost.

In Wisconsin, what can we learn from all this smoke?

For me, it’s this: I don’t have to rush through summer. I don’t have to say yes to everything. Rest isn’t something I earn—it’s something I need.

Sauna has always been a place where those reminders become easier to hear.

I’m praying for rain, for healing, and for everyone breathing this same air.
