Dolly was the embodiment of yoga's ethical principles and the Reiki ideals. Let's take a page from her book by judging less and loving more. The world needs it now more than ever.

Have you ever been curious about Reiki?

Maybe you’ve heard about it but aren’t quite sure what it is. Maybe you’ve wondered what a Reiki session feels like or why so many people find it deeply relaxing and supportive.

If you’ve been curious, I’d love to invite you to a FREE Community Introduction to Reiki this Saturday.

We’ll explore:
✨ What Reiki is (and what it isn’t)
✨ How Reiki supports relaxation and overall well-being
✨ What a Reiki session is like
✨ How you can learn Reiki for yourself if you’re interested

There will be time for questions, conversation, and a brief Reiki experience so you can get a feel for this gentle practice in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

Come a little early! Doors open at 10:30 AM for light refreshments and an opportunity to settle in, connect, and meet others before we begin at 11:00 AM.

For one hour, there is nowhere to go, nothing to accomplish, and nothing to fix.

Just an opportunity to rest, receive Reiki, and be carried by the sound of the bowls.

Join me tomorrow, Friday, June 5 at 5:30 PM for this deeply restorative experience featuring Yoga Nidra, Reiki, and crystal singing bowls.

All are welcome.

Register through the website or in person.

Even in the middle of hard seasons, overstimulating days, uncertainty, grief, stress, or overwhelm…

beauty still exists.

Sometimes grounding looks less like “fixing ourselves” and more like pausing long enough to notice:

the rain,
the birds,
the trees,
the breath,
the earth beneath us.

Nature has a beautiful way of helping us return to ourselves. 🤍
