Happy Wednesday everyone! I have told all of my friends that after 20 months of working from home, I have returned to work. It was an exciting day, and what was best is actually seeing people who I am close to and getting hugs, yes hugs🥰. Shhh, don't tell anyone.

What I forgot about, but was reminded of very quickly was how dry the air is in the building. Harsh lights, even though they are certified LEED (certified energy efficient) light bulbs which can be hard on your skin. Wow, I feel so spoiled, what can I say. Seriously though, I need to add a little more protection to my skin regime in the AM and add Rescue Me as a good layer of hydration for my skin.

Happy Friday Eve lovelies!! I know that I have been MIA lately, just trying to find work life balance, and I was failing so I stepped back. Who understands what I am saying?

I posted how proud I am of Rachel, who owns and produces all of our wonderful products, for finishingthat 26 mile MTB race. Of course health and wellness is a big part of who we are, which is why all of our products are natural with absolutely no harsh chemicals in them. Happy Sunday and weekend everyone! I hope you are all making the most of it today.

Today I wanted to celebrate my beautiful niece Aaliyah. We saw her perform last night in her dance recital in 9 dances, including her very first solo! She has worked so hard and has really found her passion. We were all so proud of what she accomplished, and it was so special since it was the first time our family has been together since Christmas 2019!!

A little about Aaliyah, she is 12 going on 20, she is beautiful, kind, loving, intelligent, passionate about her already strong beliefs, and artistic. I can't tell you how much we all love her, and thankfully she doesn't ever take that for granted. She was the first of my great nieces/nephews and we have been there from the moment she was born. I still cherish that very first time I was able to hold her.

Its been a joy to watch her grow up and become who she is at this moment, and I know it will be a joy to continue to watch how she grows not only physically but intellectually and how she grows as an incredible human. Aaliyah already stands up for her friends and what is right. I also love that in the past few years her and her Mom have come out to our local Pride Festivals 🌈🌈🌈 and supported our LGBTQ+ community. She loves saying Love is Love, or love has no labels. I love that she is an ally for everyone.

Aaliyah is also interested in being a makeup artist and loves to watch and practice. She does use our products, especially Leave the Day Behind and Charcoal Masquerade, and her skin is beautiful. I wish we could take full credit on that, but I believe God gifted her with all thet beauty. I love you sweet Aaliyah!💕💕💕

Happy Friday beauties! Welcome to the weekend!! What plans do you have for this Summer weekend in June? My family is going to a dance recital for my beautiful great niece , please wish her luck since it's a big night for her with 9 dances!

I am featuring today our Brightening Mask with fruit enzymes and our very gentle Exfoliating Scrub. These two are magical together! When I use the mask the enzymes from papaya really help my skin leaving it so bright and beautiful. Then, the next morning I use the Exfoliating Scrub which is extra gentle and smells so refreshing because of the light lemon scent. My skin feels soft as a baby bottom and looks so bright and beautiful. Its amazing!
I have let several friends with extremely sensitive skin try them together with absolutely no expectations given to them. When they have used them they were all amazed. Happy Tuesday lovelies 😘! I wanted to talk about the beginning of everyday, and the end of everyday. How we start our skincare routine is essentially the most important step, cleaning our skin. I use our Leave the Day Behind gentle oil cleanser, and I have never turned back since Rachel introduced it to me.
Funny story, I never used oil cleansers before, and I remember the first time I saw Rachel taking olive oil and rubbing it all over her face to remove her makeup and clean her face. I had heard that Sophia Lauren used EVOO to moisturizer, but to clean...never! So I started asking all kinds of questions, this was before they created ldorvdornaturals, and Rachel started telling me about oil cleanser. I haven't turned back since!! On a side note, I have used EVOO to remove makeup, and it was pretty awesome.

Leave the Day Behind is a wonderful oil cleanser with a great blend of oils to break down and remove makeup and sunscreen. And it leaves your skin feeling so soft and healthy. Its good for ALL skin types.

I have always used some type of serum or eye cream around my eyes since that skin is so gentle, and its where our laugh lines appear. I won't stop smiling or laughing so I just have to take care of the laugh lines.
The Eye Oils that we make are perfect in mg opinion. I remember the first time Rachel had me test them out and I was just amazed at how well they worked. I especially loved the eye roller and how it cooled and applied just the right amount to the orbital bone area of my face. Oh yeah, that was the other thing, I learned how to apply it correctly! It was a whodathunk moment for me 😅.

I love that both of the oils have the best ingredients that help with age defying and puffiness and dark circles. When Rachel asked which one was my favorite it was hard to choose, I love them both!! So, here is my answer...I use the Bright Eyes during the Spring and Fall because of my allergies. I mainly use the Eye Rewind at night and Winter.
