Men's Health Month
Most men don't connect their sleep to their hormone health β but the link is hard to ignore.
Testosterone is primarily produced during sleep. When sleep is consistently poor or too short, testosterone levels drop β and the effects show up in ways men often chalk up to "just getting older": low energy, reduced muscle mass, weight gain, mood changes, and decreased motivation.
The good news: improving sleep quality is one of the most direct things you can do to support healthy hormone levels.
If you've been feeling off and can't quite explain it, sleep might be the missing piece. π€
