We just got back from the most amazing week in Cabo we almost didn’t go because of the current situation in Mexico but ended up having the most amazing time! If you’ve never been in it is so worth the trip: the most incredible views the best food the best company. I have to say the highlight was that boat ride through the rocks at Sunset!

Y’all! Welcome to the world our new sweet little girl! Thank you to Sunnybrook Shichons for once again giving us another love! She is the tiniest squish and very attached to being ON TOP of one of us! She’s a Shishon like Sadie and from the same family. She is known as a Teddy Bear puppy! Sadie is not very impressed, but, Boone loves her.

After three days of intense conversation, we have decided to name her Lainey. She’s sweet, shy, (right now) and hasn’t had an accident yet!

Last week, We didn’t just teach a ride, we celebrated an anniversary.

Years ago, breast cancer tried to be a little bitch and break me. But it didn’t know who it was dealing with.
and I rode under the lights surrounded by strength, music, and community. We celebrated her mommy, we celebrated strength and I was honored to share space with her.

I am still here. I am stronger, grateful, older, wiser…

Sharing the podium with made it even more special … two women leading a room full of warriors and supporters, every pedal stroke a reminder that movement is medicine, and community is everything. 💪
I love that my provides that safe space. 💖

Here’s to healing, hope, and the fight that never really leaves us… it just transforms into gratitude and glow. 🌸
