Our clients have been hard at work building new skills, increasing independence, strengthening communication, and making meaningful progress toward their individual goals. 🌟

We love watching their confidence grow, celebrating the little victories, and seeing all their hard work turn into BIG accomplishments! Every milestone, no matter how small, is a step forward worth celebrating! 🎉

Fall Break gives us even more opportunities to learn through play, build friendships, practice important life skills, and, of course, have some FUN along the way! 🍁

💜 Kleefstra Syndrome Awareness Day 💜

Today, our team and clients at Upstate Behavioral Services wore PURPLE to show our support for Kleefstra Syndrome Awareness Day in support of our client, Ella.💜

Kleefstra Syndrome is a rare genetic condition most commonly caused by a deletion or change involving the EHMT1 gene. Because every individual is unique, abilities and support needs can vary greatly from person to person.

As ABA professionals, we believe in celebrating each individual’s strengths, progress, personality, and potential while helping create a community where individuals of all abilities are understood, supported, and included. 🫶

Our staff proudly wore purple today to help raise awareness, encourage acceptance, and show support for individuals with Kleefstra Syndrome and their families.

As we wrap up an incredible summer at our ABA clinic, we’re reflecting on all the smiles, milestones, and memories we’ve made together! ☀️💙

From community outings and hands-on learning activities to games, crafts, and building meaningful social connections, this summer has been filled with opportunities for growth, confidence, and fun.

We’re so proud of each client’s hard work and thankful for our amazing families and dedicated team who make these experiences possible. As we look ahead to a new season, we’re excited to continue helping every client learn, grow, and thrive.

Another fun filled week of learning and trying new things! We learned about firefighters and tree surgeons through in-clinic visits from the Greenwood County Fire Department and Jones Tree Surgeon LLC. On Friday, we took a trip to Big Oaks Rescue Farm where we enjoyed a change of scenery and met some friendly animals.

We are heartbroken to share the loss of one of our amazing therapists.

Tyleea was a light to everyone around her and truly brightened any room she walked into. Her warmth, compassion, and genuine care for others left a lasting impact on the individuals and families she served, as well as on our team.

She will be deeply missed and always remembered for the joy, kindness, and dedication she brought into her work and the lives she touched. Our hearts are with her family, loved ones, and all who are grieving this unimaginable loss.
