Little bit of flowing before work

When you finally find a form of meditation that actually shuts your brain up for 5 minutes! Turns out I didn’t need to “clear my mind”…
I just needed to MOVE.

Lately, I’ve been finding so much comfort in slowing down and listening to my body. 🖤
I’ve started using my acupuncture mat as part of my healing routine, taking a few quiet moments to breathe, release tension, and reconnect with myself. It’s become less about “fixing” everything and more about giving my body permission to rest, soften, and heal. ✨ healing isn’t always a straight line. Sometimes it looks like movement, sometimes stillness, and sometimes simply lying down and taking a few deep breaths.

Learning to honor my body through all of it. 🌿

Trying my hand at the steel tongue drum, and all I can say is… it is absolutely beautiful. 🎶✨ There’s something so peaceful and magical about its sound. 🤍

Night-time vibes - song is by a friend I’ll tag them below . Showing myself some self love & care now that my boys are asleep, and the house is cleaned. Remember friends, you cannot pour from an empty cup. Take care of you, love you. 💖 ❤️
