🌿 Our hearts are full. 🌿

Today’s Wellness in the Gardens was everything we hoped it would be—and more.

A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful presenters for sharing your gifts and expertise:

💚 Jessica Kier, DPT and Olivia Anderson, DPT of Redbud Physical Therapy for empowering us with practical education about pelvic floor health and caring for our bodies from the inside out.

💚 Dr. Haley Adams for guiding us through meaningful journaling and helping us put our thoughts and intentions into words.

And to the incredible team at Lendonwood Gardens, thank you for welcoming us into such a peaceful and inspiring space. The beauty of the gardens and the serenity of the Japanese Pavilion created the perfect setting for our morning together.

Most of all, thank you to every woman who joined us. Thank you for showing up with open hearts, for investing in yourselves, and for being part of this growing community. We hope you left feeling more grounded, more connected, and more deeply rooted within.

This morning reminded us that wellness isn’t about perfection—it’s about tending to our roots so we can continue to grow.
