Join us for our wonderful yoga session on 25 May 0845-1045.
There will be a gentle 15 minute immersive walk through private woodland to reach the Wellness Woods where the 75 minute yoga session will take place. After the yoga session we will enjoy hot drinks and nibbles before the gentle walk back.
