It is with a heavy heart that we share the news that Walter, our recovery dog, tragically passed away on Sunday.

Walter loved his entire Recovery Fitness family beyond measure. He brought so much light, comfort, and joy to our community, and he will be deeply missed by us all.

Rest easy, buddy.💔

In honor of remembering the victims of 9/11 we would like you to join us for this workout!

Today, we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the first responders, heroes, families, and communities who showed incredible strength in the face of tragedy.

Just as we remember the strength and resilience shown that day, we believe in the power of people to rebuild, recover, and move forward together.

Recovery is strength. Recovery is community. Recovery is one day at a time. ❤️🇺🇸

Always great to be back at Emory & Henry University speaking with the first-year Physical Therapy students!

Sharing the mission of Recovery Fitness with these future clinicians has become a favorite tradition.

We talked about how physical therapy and recovery go hand in hand, and how they can help their future patients rebuild strength and hope from the ground up.

Of course, Walter came along for the ride and naturally stole the spotlight.

Thank you to the fantastic class and Dr. P. for having us. The future of PT is in great hands!
