The 4th Annual Mental Health Expo was a success! There were so many organizations and individuals there making mental health a priority in their lives and through out our communities. Shoutout to Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board for hosting such an amazing event. It was a pleasure to serve and educate our people about the importance of Retreating, and how it serves as a tool for maintaining and improving one’s mental well-being. ✨
