Eat Your Words Hawaii Be nice to your body...eat healthy and say kind words. I am happy to be in business on the small island of Kauai.

I make each bach of pudding by hand, and deliver to the local stores. You can find my products in Healthy Hut in Kilauea, Harvest Market in Hanalei and Vim and Vigor in Lihue. Great food should be good for you and taste even better!! When you hear them say "Oh my God this is good" you have a winner!
