🧴 Chemical (antioxidant) sunscreen is lightweight, invisible on the skin, and perfect for everyday wear under makeup.

🏖️ Physical (mineral) sunscreen is my go-to when I’m spending the day at the pool, the lake, or the beach. It sits on top of the skin and reflects UV rays, acting like a physical barrier—similar to wearing a hat or long sleeves. For long days in direct sun, I love the added peace of mind it provides.

No matter which you choose, the best sunscreen is the one you’ll wear consistently. Don’t forget to reapply every 2 hours (or sooner after swimming or sweating)!
