Hello everyone!

I’m officially back from maternity leave! Brady, Jesse, and I are all doing great and adjusting to life as a family of three. Brady already loves joining me for stretches and workouts especially burpees 😉

I’m excited to get back to helping people reach their fitness goals, and I’ll be accepting new clients starting June 1st! If you’re interested in personal training, feel free to reach out. I have limited availability, but I’ll do my best to accommodate everyone’s schedules.
