📣📣‼️‼️CURRENT PATIENTS‼️‼️: Our provider will be out of office from 6/2-6/12 for a much needed vacation. We will be unable to place reorders during that timeframe. We will reach out to any patients that will be due for a follow up during this timeframe per our tracker, in order to get meds ordered the week prior (last week of may). Sometimes people are a few weeks off track for various reasons, please check your medication and if week 3 of your medication will fall during the 6/2-6/12 timeframe, schedule a follow up prior to, so we can get you taken care of in advance!
