Hello Georgia!!!

Yoga @ the Perk with .roots.yoga

What a wonderful end to this week with a Saturday Morning Yoga class in Lilburn, Ga.

I recently started back up with my yoga practice at this wonderful studio. Last week I tried their Qi Gong Fusion class with Ebony and it was AMAZING! 🤩😍😎

It feels so great to get back on the mat and into flow.

I have been go, go, go since arriving earlier this Spring to GA for preparation for the birth of my dear friend and soul sisters first son! 👶🏻 Now that he has arrived I feel like I am truly ready to start coming back to Refreshed.

Bookings are now OFFICIALLY available in Georgia til the END of November. Spaces are LIMITED.

I will be accepting new clients per APPOINTMENTS ONLY in Lilburn at the yoga studio and in a private office space, as well as MOBILE sessions as usual for my loyal clients!

And a little side note:: I have accepted a new position at Elaine Sterling Institute at Lenox as a Substitute Instructor. Super excited to see where this flows! 🙌🏾

Yesterday I had the best experience on our Hikerdose at Paces Mill. A guided microdose gathering in Nature.

We gathered in community to celebrate Spring, shake off old dead limbs, representing things that have been carried through the Winter that no longer serve us.

We did Breathwork by the River, Somatic movements, sang songs, released the dead weight that had accumulated during hibernation, and stood in the arms of love with one another.

I met some really cool new people and connected with Mother Nature. A great BIG thanks to , Marisa, and AJ for facilitating this gathering. It was much needed, enjoyed and appreciated.

I recently accepted a part time contract position with Thrive Medical Massage and joined their awesome non profit organization called The Touch Institute.

They educate residents, staff, and caregivers in Senior Living communities on the differences and benefits of Medical & Therapeutic Massage.

Yesterday I had the privilege of volunteering at the Second Wind Dreams - Take on Dementia Symposium
I learned a lot about the impact that Dementia Care can have on not only people with Dementia but family members as well and how caregivers might help support the .

As someone with a family history of Alzheimer’s and Dementia, this topic is important to me, and as a Medical Massage therapist knowing that I can make a difference in the quality of life of patients dealing with complex and severe conditions gives me great honor.

I am excited for this opportunity to serve and to grow not only as a therapist, but as an educator as well.
