...then you need to work on your core strength 🪵💪

Navigating stairs requires your core to constantly transfer force between your upper and lower body. When that system is weak, your balance pays the price.

Proactive care means addressing these shifts before they turn into a fall or a chronic injury.

When it comes to maintaining absolute physical independence and movement longevity, guessing isn't a strategy. Knowing your strength? That's the play.

We have the tools to measure your objective strength and find your physical baseline. Strength testing means pinpointing subtle muscle imbalances between sides before they ever impact your balance.

And once we establish the baseline? We build a proactive plan to for maintained independence.

A day in the life of...your hands 🤲

From the second you hit the snooze button to the moment you flip off the bedside light, your hands and wrists are in constant, complex motion. Because they do so much, it’s easy to ignore the subtle aches, tightness, or loss of grip strength until it starts slowing you down.

Don't wait for a major injury, severe pain, or a diagnosis to support your hands...they support you all day, every day.

Ok, are they gone? Here's the deal.

You’re showing up for your family, and pushing through the day. But, maybe, you're spending a lot of time working around 👀things👀 you aren’t talking about.

Let’s just name it:

🔹 Urinary frequency
🔹 The dribble
🔹 Constipation or straining
🔹 Pelvic pain or sudden discomfort during workouts/daily life
🔹 Sexual health concerns that came out of nowhere

You’ve probably told yourself:
“I’m just getting older.”
“It’s just part of being a guy.”
“I can just muscle through it.”

Spoiler alert: You don’t have to! Muscling through a mechanical issue just breaks the machine faster.

These aren't just unfixable "aging symptoms." They are often clear signs of pelvic floor dysfunction. And yes—men have a pelvic floor!

But there's good news!

We can treat these muscles just like any other sports injury. We evaluate, optimize, and get things working exactly the way they’re supposed to. No judgment, just physics.

Don't quietly manage a problem that can actually be fixed.

Ashley Stump, PT, DPT, PCES, PRPC, Pelvic Health Specialist, demonstrates how better positioning during breast-feeding can reduce neck, shoulder and upper back strain.

Feeding her baby, can take hours every day.

And many moms end up leaning forward without realizing it instead of bringing your body to the baby try bringing the baby to you.

Small adjustments can make those feeding sessions a lot more comfortable save this for your next feeding or share with a new mom who needs it.
