Today, FLOW had the opportunity to prepare 25 information packets for a local church that reached out to learn more about our mission and ways they can get involved.

Each packet is an invitation to learn, connect, partner, and make a difference.

We want to connect with more churches, businesses, schools, nonprofits, and community organizations that are ready to help address menstrual inequity and ensure women, girls and menstruating people have access to essential menstrual products- with dignity, compassion, and no shame.

Your organization can host a donation drive, sponsor FLOW Boxes, become a community partner, or simply help spread awareness.

This Labor Day, we honor the people whose hard work strengthens our families, workplaces, and communities.

At FLOW, we believe equity means ensuring everyone has access to the basic necessities they need to live, work, learn, and thrive with dignity.

We’re committed to creating communities where access to menstrual hygiene products is not determined by income, circumstance, or ability to pay. Everyone deserves the opportunity to manage their period with dignity, confidence, and without barriers.

💜👣 Celebrating Black Breastfeeding Week 💜👣

FLOW is proud to celebrate Black Breastfeeding Week by honoring Black mothers, their strength, their journeys, and the beautiful bond between mother and baby.

Breastfeeding is more than nourishment. It is connection, comfort, love, and a powerful part of maternal and infant health.

Black mothers continue to face inequities and disparities in breastfeeding rates, support, education, access to resources, and maternal and infant health outcomes. These disparities are not simply about individual choices—they are also shaped by access, support, representation, workplace policies, healthcare experiences, and the systems surrounding mothers and families.

Breastfeeding equity means ensuring every mother has the information, resources, support, and opportunity to make the feeding choice that is right for her and her baby.

Today, we are highlighting Black mothers who have graciously given us permission to share their breastfeeding moments. Your willingness to be seen and celebrated helps remind other mothers that representation matters. 💜✨️

• a clear blueprint for building a Commission
• ready‑to‑use bylaws and templates

Shaped by stories from the State of the Woman Listening Tour, this new guide helps counties build lasting structures where women’s voices inform local decisions.
