Once in a Blue Moon something big happens. I feel the rumble of the Earth underneath my feet asking for more.

This is the call that brought Heart Warriors to life. A time for us to gather and remember our essence. To return our life force energy to ourselves so we may show up in this world more authentic and true.

Over the last year we have gathered in more small intimate settings. Taking the time to really drop in with each other and open our hearts while we lay down our shields of defense or fear.

Those moments have served us well in creating a beautiful thriving sisterhood where we truly support one another in each individuals growth and development.

Now the time has come where we gather in numbers and we join in celebration of where we have been and the absolutely incredible future we have in front of us.

Heart Warrior August Reunion is a space for the returning sisters who have been with us before as well as the new sisters feeling the call to be apart of something truly magical.

This gathering will be held in Mountain Home Arkansas on August 27-30

Saturday at Bask Retreat Center continues for the Heart Warriors ā€¦

A little trick we like to practice when coming together is pausing time. And woah did it work.

Saturday turned into a week in one day. We started off with delicious breakfast, kirtan and yoga flow then went right into a stroll on the land.

Wellā€¦ some of us took a stroll to the creek while others hiked the mountain to bask in the sunshine, flowers and stillness.

Sisters gathered in the kitchen preparing lunch, hammocks were hung for relaxing in the sun, and the sirens gathered by the waters edge.

As we traversed the wetlands and climbed the mountain paths we all came back to the home to share the same storiesā€¦ we found peace and stillness. Serenity and pure joy in the natural habitat that is being preserved on this land. The bugs, birds and trees were in communion with us.

After filling our bellies we felt the storms bubbling all around and saw our window of opportunity for the cold plunge and sauna time. Being led by Lana Waters through this experience was so more than I could have expected. The playlist, the presence, the heart that she has for holding us in those sacred waters, so much so we pushed the storm right on around usā€¦

Which led into the sweetest tea party led by our very own Love Leianna

A woman of many talents this offering was a moment where she brought us back together to drop into our intuition, and be guided by something greater than ourselves. Through this practice Leianna taught us the art of preparing our tea cups and setting our intentions and allowed the magic to unfold.

These are just highlights in our time together. The experience itself canā€™t quite be put into words or captured through the photos

Itā€™s the feeling you get, when you drop your shields, lay down your swords and open your hearts. To be witnessed by one another in vulnerability and expansion.

This is not a performance
This is our hearts bare
Open and ready to be witnessed

It often takes some time, for the layers to peel back. But once they do we can all see each other so clearly.

Women who are here to love and be loved.
Women who are ready to be nurtured and cared dor
To see and be seen

And just waitā€¦ thereā€™s more to be shared ā™„ļøā™„ļøā™„ļøšŸ‘€šŸ’ƒšŸ»šŸŒŠ

The Heart Warriors gathered at Bask Retreat Center for a beautiful Saturday morning during our Tennessee road trip.

A colorful breakfast prepared by our sisters, a visit from a beautiful bird friend, Kirtan, and yoga led by our beautiful Padma Dharmata.

The way these experiences work at a Heart Warrior retreat are all about finding the divine balance of structure and flow. Creating a sacred container with just the right ingredients to allow our feminine essence to guide us.

Bringing my love of the harmonium into this space is such a blessing. To practice vulnerability and true devotion is a gift I desire to keep sharing. Coming together as one sound, one frequency to honor the Divine. A moment in time where we can set the tone for the day and clear away any thought forms that may be there.. we drop out of the mind and into the body.

Exactly the theme for the day, and much of our time together. As we join as women who are so busy during our daily lives having to constantly think about whatā€™s next this was an opportunity for us to practice many modalities that brought us into where the true knowing resides,our body.

We wandered up to the beautiful chrysalis movement space where Padma led us through a morning flow. Taking us into a deep state of awareness within our bodies and opening up ourselves to growth.

A beautiful story I want to share here, I had never met Padma before this trip nor seen the location we would be traveling to.. but my intuition guided me to meet this special woman and commune on this land together. She brought the women from Tennesseeā€¦ every single one of us were taking a chance in something we had no idea what to expect. Or maybe we did and we had to try again any way

Thatā€™s what the common theme was here my friends.. all women who have been out here fighting the battle, warriors of the heart.. and instead of closing up or putting up the shields again we all took a chance at opening our hearts once more, mostly to a group of strangers in a unknown location.

The magic that unfolded in the short amount of time together was nothing short of a miracle.

Time stood still
The land held us
The home nurtured us
As we opened our hearts

Layer by layer
We unfolded

Yall I am just coming home, landing, integrating all that Iā€™ve done over the last month. And holy WOW it was absolutely incredible

I am so excited to share with the world all the beauty that took place during the journey of Tennessee road trip.

8 women, a sick kitten, a baby and myself all met early morning in a little no where town in Arkansas to come together all for different reasons but ultimately the same frequency LOVE. We are the heart warriors after all

We traveled 8 hours (probably more) to a beautiful Airbnb about 20 miles from the retreat center. We made ourselves delicious tacos, rested in comfy beds to regroup before welcoming the other 12 women who traveled from 7 different states to gather

Many of the stories told as we all arrived and sat for opening circle were ā€œI have no idea why Iā€™m here, I donā€™t know any of these women, Iā€™m not really sure why I paid a stranger to travel to a unknown spotā€

We may have arrived on that land as strangers, we may have been completely uncomfortable with the enormity that would occur thereā€¦ but the soul called us to a divine appointment of the heart.

The road trip alone was a experience in working together as women, meeting strangers along the way that saw our open hearts and felt us deeply, caring for a sick kitten and ultimately practicing what it feels like to travel the open road in our feminine flow.

Lots of soul searching conversations, fun pit stops in random places, sweet giggles and just all out fun. We were a whole ass vibe pulling up I must say!!!

As we begin to prepare for our first Heart Warrior retreat on the road I canā€™t help but remember where it all started

Here are some through back pictures of our first retreat in WestFork Arkansas on a beautiful piece of land

We were strangers in a way, some of us had never met

But after a weekend of full authentic connection we left deeply connected.

You never know whatā€™s waiting to come through as you hold space for other women to drop in to their bodies as you gently whisper to their soul, ā€œyou are safe here to be witnessedā€

I am in deep gratitude this rise for all of the women who continue to say yes to the Heart Warriors.

Itā€™s been a long, scary week in the hospital for Birdie, but she turned a beautiful corner overnight, and Iā€™m feeling hopeful that weā€™ll be heading home soon.

This is what it means to be a Heart Warrior. We rise together. We hold each other. We show up in the moments that matter mostā€”and you have all shown just how powerful that love truly is.

When one of us needs support, the rest rally without hesitationā€¦ and that is how we rise together
