On Sunday, July 5th, people of faith at Bloomfield Congregational Church will embrace the work of hope, trusting God’s call to repair what is broken and to help fulfill the enduring promise of liberty, justice, and human dignity for all. There are times when the veil between work-life balance and self-care seems thin. I accomplishesd much today (the original list was unrealistic ) and yet I find myself struggling to let go of the day without the guilt of “needing” to do “more.” These are the moments that require intentionality, self-love, grace, and compassion. On that note, I’m about to watch a few episodes of a new Hulu series. 😉

These are tender times folx, be gentle with yourselves.
