Did you know that massage therapy IS NOT just for women😉
I'm so thrilled that many men are understanding it's NOT just about getting rubbed to sleep, though that's very beneficial too☺️ IT'S about putting our overworked muscles and our nervous system back into their original relaxed state and preventing future issues with routine care!! And Lymphatic flush.....yes!!! It helps with all that too, hence the reason some feel blahhh after their first ever session.. We're moving that trash out eventually 💚
If you have never had massage therapy I'd love to introduce you to it.
