For a long time, I thought being exhausted was just my normal.
I thought Hashimotoâs automatically meant:
Waking up tired
Dragging through the afternoon
Needing caffeine just to function
Feeling like my body was always running on empty
So I pushed harder.
I tried to do more.
Eat less.
Work out harder.
Drink more coffee.
And honestly⌠it only made things worse.
What I didnât understand back then is that Hashimotoâs fatigue isnât a motivation problem.
Itâs a support problem.
Your body isnât lazy.
Itâs overwhelmed.
That was a huge shift for me to realize.
These days, I focus on simple things that actually support my energy:
⨠eating enough protein
⨠keeping my blood sugar steady
⨠gentle movement instead of exhausting workouts
⨠hydration and minerals
⨠and one simple drink habit Iâve been having daily that helps me feel more steady instead of crashing
I didnât expect something so simple to make such a noticeable difference, but consistency with small habits has changed everything for me.
Because energy isnât about pushing harderâŚ
Itâs about supporting your body so it can work with you again.
If youâve been living in survival mode for a while, I see you.
Comment âTIREDâ if youâre curious what Iâve been doing thatâs helped my energy lately đ
