Service Expansion Coming Soon

I am currently seeing patients through telemedicine and will soon be expanding services to include additional care options for the community.

Upcoming services will include:

• Home visits — medical care delivered directly to your door for patients who prefer or need care in their home
• In-office appointments — limited availability 1–2 days per week

These services are currently being finalized and will be announced once scheduling becomes available.

My goal is to provide flexible, accessible care options so patients can choose the setting that works best for them — telemedicine, home visits, or in-office care.

If you would like to establish care or receive updates when these services become available, please call or text the office or message this page.

Office Phone/Text: 406-201-5193

Thank you for your patience as services continue to expand. I look forward to continuing to serve the community.

To request a refill, please have your pharmacy send a refill request to my office or contact my office directly by phone. You may also message this page.

When contacting the office, please include:

Date of birth
Medication name and pharmacy
Best phone number and email address

Office Phone/Text: 406-201-5193

Once I receive your information, I will send the intake forms so your patient profile can be created and your first appointment scheduled

🚨 COMMUNITY HEALTH ALERT: Influenza B Circulating Locally

Influenza B is now circulating in our community.

There has been an increase in confirmed cases consistent with current seasonal influenza activity. My daughter tested positive this morning.

These over-the-counter combination tests can help differentiate influenza from COVID-19 at home.

Common Symptoms with Current Influenza B Strains

Most patients present with:

• Sudden onset fever
• Chills
• Body aches (myalgias)
• Headache
• Fatigue
• Sore throat
• Nasal congestion
• Dry cough

Some patients, particularly children, may experience nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.

Influenza typically has a rapid onset compared to common cold viruses.

Home Testing Guidance (Serial Testing Matters)

• Test on Day 1 of symptoms
• If negative, repeat in 24 hours (Day 2)
• If still negative on Day 2, this is considered presumptive negative

If symptoms worsen or remain significant despite negative testing, clinical evaluation is appropriate.

If you test positive for influenza B, isolate and limit contact with others.

Antiviral Treatment: Tamiflu (Oseltamivir)

Tamiflu is most effective only if started within 48 hours of symptom onset.

It may:

• Shorten duration of illness
• Reduce symptom severity
• Decrease risk of complications in high-risk individuals

After 48 hours, antiviral therapy is generally not beneficial in otherwise healthy individuals unless high-risk conditions are present.

Influenza Vaccine Education

The influenza vaccine:

• Does not guarantee you will not get influenza
• It DOES Reduce severity of illness
• IT DOES Lower hospitalization risk
• IT DOES Decreases risk of pneumonia and secondary complications

Even if influenza occurs after vaccination, illness is generally milder.

Seek Medical Care Urgently If Experiencing:

• Shortness of breath
• Chest pain
• Persistent high fever
• Confusion
• Signs of dehydration
• Worsening symptoms after initial improvement

High-risk individuals should contact a provider promptly at symptom onset.

If you need evaluation or antiviral assessment, contact the office during business hours.

Stay home if sick. Hydrate. Rest.

I want to take a moment to thank everyone for the patience as I get things fully up and running.

A significant amount of behind-the-scenes work has gone into building a secure foundation — including hardening my IT and network systems to protect patient information and reduce cyber risk. Your privacy and data security are not an afterthought; they are a priority.

I believe in doing this the right way from the start, even if it takes a little extra time! Patient onboarding process has started.

I typically ignore anything that comes out of this woman’s mouth…but she is 100% correct. Monopolies exist within the American Healthcare System and it is absolutely despicable and unethical. Now, Im not waving the “socialized medicine” flag by any means, but this kind of market domination has to be addressed.
