Join us at Ellis Public Library for Rock Steady Boxing!

🧠 Thursday, September 3 at 1:30 p.m.
Join us for our monthly Parkinson’s Education Meeting at Messiah Lutheran Church
📍 2000 Main St., Hays

This month’s meeting will include:
• 💪 Exercise
• 💬 Sharing and conversation
• 🏃 An update on our Parkinson’s Network participation in Speedy PD
• 🎤 A chance to listen to Dr. Kelly Lyons recap the recent Parkinson’s Symposium

Rock Steady Boxing this Wednesday, August 26 at 3:00 p.m.

We will meet at the Ellis Public Library located at 907 Washington Street. FYI-Washington Street is the primary street that comes into town right off the interstate. Meetings will be held in Ellis until the end of the year while modifications/remodeling are happening at the Hays Public Library.

Rock Steady Boxing and Care Partners meeting this Wednesday, August 19 at 3:00 p.m.

We will meet at the Ellis Public Library located at 907 Washington Street. FYI-Washington Street is the primary street that comes into town right off the interstate. Meetings will be held in Ellis until the end of the year while modifications/remodeling are happening at the Hays Public Library.

Rock Steady Boxing

Ellis Public Library-907 Washington St in Ellis (temporary change in location due to remodeling happening at the Hays library)

For the boxing session, our local group joins Meadowlark Parkinson's Program via zoom to participate in this non-contact fitness program for people with Parkinson's. The class is instructed by a certified coach.

Monthly Support and Education Meeting

Thursday, August 6th @ 1:30 p.m.
Messiah Lutheran Church, 2000 Main St. Hays

Topics:
1) Exercise programs
2) Learn strategies and tools to prioritize what matters most at medical appointments.
3) Personal sharing as desired
