I cannot tell you how unbelievably grateful I was to find skullcap in early spring. This was in our woods & I had no clue! I patiently waited all summer until it went to seed & it was finally time to harvest.
Skullcap is such a beautiful healer. It's great for those who have racing thoughts & can be helpful for those who have experienced long term stress. It has many other uses, but these 2 always stand out to me.
This will go in the night time tea with our lemon balm. ✨️💚🍵

Arguably one of the most best tasting herbs around - it's also great for anxiety! Lemon balm is a delight and one of those herbs I keep in the pantry. It makes a lovely tea to quiet the mind.

The laughs & giggles were the best part of my day 🩷

Sharing some random conversations in hopes it helps someone else 🥰💐 Friendships are so hard, but despite the outcome, I've always found them to be worth it - even if they end in heart break.

If you wanna eat more salads, making them quick & easy is the way to go.

This one is simple:
A bed of leafy greens
A few olives
Some baby tomatoes
A spoon full of banana peppers
A couple sliced pickled beets
Top with olive oil, Balsalmic Vinegar, salt, & pepper
