Organic wasn’t even something that was important to me until I became a mom. As soon as my first sweet baby entered this world, I knew right then that I would always give her the very best we could afford. When that first little baby girl of ours, Finley, was 16 months old, she was admitted & spent 2 dreadful nights hospitalized in Nashville at Vanderbilt Hospital w

ith bronchiolitis. Her brother, Easton, was only 6 weeks old at the time, so imagine the stress of breastfeeding (pumping every 2 hours), on top of staying overnight in the hospital with a not-even-2 year old. While in the hospital, another mama told me about the wonders of Elderberry. I immediately sent my husband out to get some for Finley and when she recovered even more quickly than the doctors predicted, I was sold. It’s been a staple in our household ever since and we have continued to give it to our babies, all 3 of them (Finley - 6, Easton - 5 and Fisher - 2)! When I started making it myself (because, let’s face it, moms like to know what their babies are taking), I discovered, WOW!, this is actually really good! I started taking it myself and giving it to all of my extended family and friends and everyone started telling me how much better they felt. They weren’t getting sick as much anymore and I even went an entire year without a sickness whatsoever. Lo and behold, BellyBee Goods was created and named, thanks to our youngest walking around the house yelling "More BellyBelly, Mama!". On a whim, the Lord led me on this path and has continued to bless us. I’m humbled and grateful for all of the support we continue to receive and am so excited to continue sharing this journey with all of you. 🌸 🌺 🍯 Did someone say Popsicles???!! Ok, ok, maybe it’s not summer quite yet, but it is allergy/cold/stuffy nose/stomach bug season and what’s better than a popsicle when you’re sick?

Our Elderberry-Hibiscus-Ginger infused popsicles are a favorite amongst children and adults both! Just ask our 7-year old son, Easton. He asks for these for dessert every.single.night!

📣📣Only 2 more days, friends! at is around the corner and we’ve been preparing all week!

Local events, where meeting people is what it’s all about, have generally always been my jam - I guess you could call me a "talker," "people person," "extrovert," but the truth is - I've developed a bit of social anxiety recently. Most would never know; I guess I've learned to talk my way out of anyone actually recognizing this about me. However, it's real and while I struggle, I also THRIVE around people! So, when I try to talk myself out of doing an event, I try to remember how fulfilled I feel at the end of each event.

Most of these days start off with a lot of negative emotions and generally, within the first couple hours, I realize, “Hey, I CAN do this after all.” I’ve come to realize it is just a fear inside of me that I need to overcome.

⁉️❓My point? Don’t let FEAR control your life. Step out of your box. Be uncomfortable if you need to. Be yourself. Persevere. Keep going. If I can do it, you, too, can overcome your own internal negative “voice” and conquer obstacles that you never knew you could. Try it. THRIVE.

Hi, my name is Mom, and yes, that means I don’t get out much. Recently, however, I was introduced to my new friend and she got this mama out of the house for a !

Kaela’s podcast, invited , along with many other local businesses, to participate in their recent Valentine’s Day Soirée, held at , which was an opportunity to raise money for and donate to the . We were in great company, like and my personal favorite, ! These women know how to throw a party! 🎉

Not only did I get a much-needed night out (and great goody bag!) , but I also ran into an old mama friend, , and met a few new (and soon-to-be!) ones. Supporting local mamas and women means everything to me. Sharing the health benefits of Elderberry at the same time, well, that’s just the icing on the cake🧁, or in this case, it’s crumbl cookie icing.👩‍🍳🤪
