Freddie has a special place in my heart and if you came to the first couple of Cat Yoga classes you may remember hearing him meow in the bathroom 😂

I made sure that he got plenty of pets and love from all class attendees before we headed out for the night while he had to stay in there ♥️

Freddie looks like he had a rough life, but that makes him unique and even more special. He is honestly the sweetest cat once you start petting him, he will get very rubby and purr and meow in the sweetest way.

Donuts & Pilates: The Enchanted Crystal Bakery was truly magical this morning ✨🍩💎

We moved, stretched, laughed, ate sparkly donuts, and turned a regular Saturday morning into something that felt straight out of a fantasy tavern bakery 😭✨

HUGE shoutout to Donerds Donuts for the beautiful (and delicious!) crystal-inspired donuts 🤤 They somehow tasted even better than they looked.

I’m honestly so grateful for everyone who came out and fully embraced the magic with me. These events started as tiny little ideas in my brain and seeing people actually connect, smile, and experience them together is the coolest feeling ever 🥹

We packed up the Hooman and drove two hours to East Stroudsburg for Cozy Cat Stretch led by the one and only Tina Wieland with Tina Wieland Fitness at Cozy Kitty Cafe — and we’re still glowing.

Gentle movement. Mindful breathing. Adoptable cats wandering the room like they owned it (they do). This class felt like a deep exhale for both body and soul.

Tina Wieland created something really special here — a space where wellness, rescue, and community meet without pressure or pretension.
