Moving their lives from the redwoods to the bayous!

A broken truck air conditioner landed them here for a couple of days, and I was happy to accommodate these three cuties while their owners scrambled to find last-minute truck service in town.

Iโ€™m so grateful for the conversations that come with hosting and always love hearing about my guests, where theyโ€™re headed, and the journeys that bring them this way.

These trail dogs put on twice the miles we doโ€”so they get sore, tired, and sometimes a little banged up.

Finn is healing a cut from jumping through a fence, and the salt is incredible for supporting clean, healthy healing while helping their airways as they run up and down elevation changes.

Add in red light to support tissue repair and recovery, and these hardworking dogs get a little extra TLC after all those miles.

๐ŸŒฟTiggs had his follow-up lung & body detox in the Salt & Light Trailer, and the improvement has been incredible!

โ–ช๏ธThere was no coughing before, during, or immediately after his session, and only a very light, clear nasal discharge.

๐Ÿ”„ Tiggs will continue his liver and kidney cleanse, along with monthly Salt & Light Trailer sessions for maintenance. These sessions will be especially beneficial after traveling and competing, giving his body an opportunity to recover, reset, and relax after events.

โœจSelf-care days on the ranch include:

A session in the wellness trailer to help clear sinuses and relax muscles, followed by a little gelding maintenanceโ€”sheath cleaning.

Sometimes those boys need a little extra attention to remove beans and dirt that can accumulate.

I wasnโ€™t quite sure how Gideon would handle his first experience, but I think itโ€™s safe to say he thoroughly enjoyed the process. ๐Ÿ˜‚ He was one very relaxed guy by the end!

โ—พ๏ธMidway through the halotherapy session, there was a noticeable improvement in his breathing. His respirations became less labored, and the flaring of his nostrils gradually decreased as he began to relax
โ–ช๏ธChecking his heart and respiration rate post treatment were 40 breaths/minute - 20 beats/minute

โฌ†๏ธHe is heading in the right direction and will continue to be monitored with halotherapy sessions as needed.
