Big news from the CCPC team: Brittany McGuiness is stepping into a new role as Chief of Staff, effective August 1.

In this role, Brittany will help our CEO, Leah Hazelwood, stay focused on where Carolina Core Professional Center is headed next while making sure priorities, communication, and ex*****on stay aligned across the team. Brittany has spent her time here proving she can take on more and run with it, making this a natural next step.

Her promotion is also part of a bigger pattern of growth at CCPC. We believe in building people up, creating opportunities for our team, and giving great people the chance to take real ownership.
